Refund policy

Our tail-wagging refund policy 🐾

We know tails don’t always wag with every delivery, so we’ve got you covered with our 7-day return policy. That means you have 7 days from the moment your paws receive the parcel to request a return.

Here’s the deal: your items need to be in the same condition as when they arrived - unchewed, unsniffed, with tags intact, and still in their original packaging (just as pristine as a fresh tennis ball).

Heads up: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless there’s evidence of a faulty or incorrect product. In those cases, we’ll send you a free returns label - no need to dig into your treat fund! 🐕

To start your return process, hit us up at woof@PawsOn.co.uk. Once we’ve given the paw-sitive nod, we’ll send you all the instructions you need to send your goodies back. But remember, if you send items back without barking at us first, we can’t accept them.

Ruff stuff: damages and issues 🐶

If your order arrives looking more like a chewed-up slipper than a shiny new treat, let us know straight away! Whether it’s damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, we’ll sniff out the problem and make it right.

 

Refunds: the final tail wag 💰

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it’s a thumbs-up, you’ll get your money back through your original payment method. Just remember, your bank might take a little time to wag its tail and process the refund.
